I have not been very happy in my life.. I am 20 yrs old and i really wanna know what my future holds.. im hoping theres at least one thing thats good so i can stop being soo down on myself. I have tho about going to a physic... but are they a waste of money........ do they really know anything??????

It would be a waste of money. I don't believe in them at all based on my personal beliefs... but it is kinda fun, ya know?

I went to a Tarot card reader (for free, I knew him) and got my cards read for me. This was two years ago when I was pregnant. He told me I would cross 2 bridges of water and I would be moving... I moved 5 days after my daughter was born and crossed two bridges and they both were over water. He told me that I would run into money within the next few years... yesterday I got a settlement check (my dad was at the tri state crematory, if you have heard of it you know what I am talking about). He also told me that my daughter's dad was the only one for me for a while. I left him when I moved and I have been with someone else for over a year now. He also told me that my daughter would be the only baby for me. I had two miscarriages since I had her, but i have no fertility problems and I am TTC now.

If you have the extra money just for fun, go at it. If not, don't waste it. It isn't all its cracked up to be. It is just for entertainment.

There are real ones and there are fake ones. The fake ones will tell you basic information that could be told to anyone such as: You are a good woman, you don't always get what you deserve although you work hard for it, you're very honest and love your family, there's someone you care about more than you feel they care about you, you're good to nature, you like things taken care of, you prefer to live in cleanliness but can't always keep up with it, there's someone from your past you've been thinking about that has left your life, you were a happy child but your childhood wasn't all good, there's something you wish you could have right now, etc.
This is all "generic" it could be told to anyone, they say any one of the above sentences and when you give them feed back on it (there's something you wish you could have right now - you'll say Yes, I wish I could have a car, then they use that to go on...) Be careful, make sure they KNOW things that are specifically about YOU without asking first. They will have to ask questions but for the most part they should know things about YOU that no one else would know and that arent true about everyone.
It's very hard to find a good psychic, you will only know by going to one. Try to find a Gypsy, they are excellent readers but if they can keep you coming back (to be paid) then they will drag out your readings giving you limited info so you'll return.

Do you really want to know what the future holds? Do you want to know all the good and bad things that might happen to you ahead of time? I wouldnt waste my time or money, they will only tell you what you want to hear. If you are not happy with your life, make some changes, dont just sit and wait for fate to change it for you. Start thinking about the good things in your life instead of focusing on the bad. It will give you a different outlook. There are people who are terminally ill, blind, deaf, mentally challenged, abused, without limbs, without food or shelter, and so on and so on. focus on the good, be positive, and you will feel better. Change what you dont like.

I my self don't count on them at all.
I always count on God, if he can't fix it no one can. That is my personal belief, you don't need to agree with me. I also think that none of us know what our feature holds, we just keep on trying to succeed in what we like and hope for the best. Let me just say that a physic will probably tell you things that could come true, but of course he can get some of your information on the Internet or by other ways they use. Don't be fooled they also get their information from the devil. Remember he is very, very smart and we can't underestimate him. Oh yeah they will tell you stuff that will freak you out and one will say, how did they know this? What people can't see is that that in those places is where the devil disguise himself. There is a good reason why God hates this things, Physic, tarot readings, palm readings, he condem all these. People looking for the truth will get lost in lies...

nobody is allowed to know the future...only our Creator and He knows the end from the beginning...don't be down on yourself...you make your life how you want it to be...it's hard to know when you are making the right choices, but accept what has happened and move on...being happy is a choice we make every day we wake up...if you don't feel like you have many blessings to be counting, think about the air you breathe and start from there...every basic instinct we have to live is a blessing...not everyone is able to breathe without a machine...nor hear, nor see...but you have blessings you didn't even think about...so you see, you have many reasons to be positive about your life...as long as you can be happy with yourself, others around you will be happy too...but don't waste money on a psychic...they tell you what you want to hear, and take you for all the money you are willing to hand over...

Psychics only tell you what you want to hear while they rob you blind.If you really want to know whats in store for your future, Take charge.Dont rely on other people and pay them money to guess your future.Why would you want to know your future anyways? I mean if the psychic tells you that something bad is going to happen to you in the future youre going to spend the rest of your life worrying about it when you should be living life to the fullest.Only you can predict your future.The decisions you make now are what affects your future.

You'll get a variety of answers. Some claim that it's all cold-reading and such. Some will tell you that it's Satanic.

In the end, the truth is that some are good and some aren't. I've met some that do much more than cold reading. I've met some that are simple hacks. One can objectively determine that some things are beyond a person's ability to simply guess. Accurate descriptions of people, down to their appearance and what they are wearing in a photograph is likely beyond the ability of a cold-reader to guess. I do know one such person.

I'd recommend that you visit some of the local shops; talk to the clients there and see what they have to say. Judge for yourself. See if the things they describe are actual cold-readings, or if there is something of objective substance in what they say.

I know how you feel!

I worked with a lady once who read cards, she read mine for fun.. Some of what she told me has come true! but it wasnt instant and it was over like 12 years that this stuff happened.

I think if you really believe in psychic then maybe you should go, but try and do some research and look for one who has a good reputation, one who has very good feedback. There are alot out there that are fake..

But by going doesnt mean you will be told what you really want to hear, specially if you only want to hear good stuff and be told that lifes going to get any better for you..

Some adivce that someone just gave me recently... Believe in yourself more, only you have the real power to make your life what you want...

I think there are some people who can sense things that the rest of us don't pick up on. I also know that there are a lot of fake "psychics" out there who say very general things and take people's money.

A lot of the future probably isn't decided yet. It's going to depend on what you decide to do. Free will, meaning that some things are left up to you to decide, that they're not already decided by fate.

It sounds like you're unhappy and need a change. Could you do some things to create positive change in your life? Maybe sign up for a non-credit class at the community college? Take something you would like as a hobby... how to paint with an airbrush? My local community college has things like "joke writing" and belly dancing.

If not a class, how about volunteering for something that you believe in. Do you care a lot about animals? How about volunteering with the humane society? The local pound has volunteers who call people who've lost animals to check and see if they've found them yet. They also have volunteers who walk the dogs. The local Audubon Society makes all kinds of boxes to encourage birds to nest. They go out and put them up in the country side. One of my grandaughters met her boyfriend while doing that. She said it was easy to talk to him because they already had one thing in common: they both liked wild birds.

There must be a lot of other good causes out there. The main thing is to get out there and try different things and meet more people. To get to know yourself and find out what makes you happy, what excites you, what you'd like to do, you have to get out there and try things.
