would it be easy to get a work visa so that I can go into the marines? Do the marines accept people who only have a work visa and are not u.s. citizens?

a work visa is not sufficient, you must be a Permanent Resident with a Green Card.

The military does not grant work visas nor do they accept people who have one.

Talk to a recruiter. Policy changes on this all the time. But you don't have to be a citizen to join, just legally in the country. A recruiter would be able to evaluate your case.
