Hi Everyone,
This is so intersting that I came across this site! I had a dream the other day about these HUGE catfish (maybe catfish) that were slowing dying in a small tank. They had really big eyes and I was panicking as they died. Then later in the dream I was getting on a bus ( I haven't rode a bus in about 11 years). No clue where the bus or fish thing fits in. PLEASE HELP!!!

For a young woman to dream of seeing fish, portends that she will have a handsome and talented lover. I kid you not (see link)
Dead fish signifies the loss of wealth and power through some dire calamity. Any fish!
I only know of one catfish dream symoblism (next paragraph); but I do NOT think it fits your dream!
To dream of catching a catfish, denotes that you will be embarrassed by evil designs of enemies, but your luck and presence of mind will tide you safely over the trouble.
But you did not say you caught the catfish!
In order to interpret any dream with a bus ride in it, the dreamer should make associations in regard to buses.
The dream has very specific meaning depending on the individual's experiences on school buses, public transportation vehicles, special family trips, etc.
At times the content of the dream may be more important than the actual setting.
If the setting is secondary, then examine the other details of the dream more closely.

Fish can symbolize your spirituality, ideas in the unconscious mind. That they are in a fishtank insinuates that they are "boxed in" and they are dying because they are not allowed the freedom they need to survive and flourish. Is there some area of your life that you feel like these fish? The large eyes could be a symbol that you are now "seeing" things for what they really are. Buses often have to do with "weighty issues". It can literally be about a weight issue or things that are weighing on your mind.

Catfish in a tank. Catfish are symbolic of things which are associated with unclean, immoral, and of a scavenger nature. Catfish represents issues which you are cultivating and taking care of in your life, which can be of a financial sort. But that source of support is now starting to dry up and die off. But bus represents an opportunity or destination which is taking you to a new destination or location in life.

It sounds as if you feel like a big fish in small pond, eh? The bus indicates travel. The big eyes would indicate big dreams or vision. So, you have big dreams and feel like a big fish in a small pond and you want to leave where you currently live.

I think this dream represents a dissapointment that you have gone through and one that has led to an end of creativity or originality in your life. Now you feel like you are losing control and just going along with other people.

I think it means that something that you have responsability over is going to be out of your hands, and I think the bus indicats you assesing your options for your future... what direction you should take from here.
