what the charges when the peper spray are spread but no one got serously hurt

a friend brother did this just want to know how much the charges or what? cause like i might become one of those guy who enforce the law the only thing i dont know is the charges for bringing pepper spray to school ( friend did it once about 3 year ago)

Yes you would be expelled. It is also a felony for possessing a weapon on school grounds. It has the same penalties as carrying a gun. Don;t mess around on this.

Most states have laws prohibiting possession of pepper spray by a minor. Plus, spraying it could be an attempted assault.

This would also violate school policy, as it would be considered a weapon.

You could very well be looking at a suspension from school and charges from the police department.

It depends on the state. But where I live you have to have a license for it (believe or not) and it is illegal to posess if you're under 18. Also you would be expelled from school and charged as a juvenile for weapons possession.

Pepper spray is a weapon, as a student you should not have it on you, or in school.

If you think you need pepper spray at school, tell your parents, so they can tell the principal, so she or he know you are carrying Pepper Spray in school. It's dangerous and you can hurt a student if it gets in someone's eye.

well i think that you should be able to carry it...at least the girls...cuz of all these kidnappings and stuff..plus there not going to find out until u actually spray some1 with it..lol

It's still a weapon. In the local schools, you'd be expelled.
