Butter two pieces of bread on one side. Put the buttered side of one piece on a hot skillet (medium heat works best, that way you don't burn the bread and you get a more golden, even brown) then add at least 2 slices of cheese. Put the other slice on top. Flip the sandwich over with a spatula after about a minute or so, depending on how brown you want it. For little extra flavor, I sprinkle celery salt on the buttered bread before I grill them. YUM!!!

Get a good melting cheese (a cheddar is a good start).
Put the cheese on the bread but butter the outside of the bread (this will make the bread nice and brown when grilling). Grill on both sides until the cheese starts to ooze from the sides.

For added flavour before grilling you can-

- add a touch of mustard
- sprinkle some onion powder
- Spread some tomato paste (for a pizza style)
- or add ham

Have fun!

first take two pieces of bread
butter one side of each piece of bread
turn on your stove to medium heat
put a fry pan or grill on the burner
lay one piece of bread butter side down on the fry pan or grill
lay cheese on the "empty side of the bread"
lay the other piece of bread with butter side up facing you.
Grill checking every 20-30 seconds to see if it is toasted and brown, then turn over and do the other side.
mmmmm sounds good think I'll go make one right now. PS Kraft singles melt the best.

Butter bread, cheese in the middle of the slices and stick it under the broiler.. So much easier than having to dig out a pan.
