Four Advil PM pills are double the dosage. You will fall asleep really fast. If you are still awake, call 1-800-88-ADVIL. The dosage may not be high enough to kill. But it is best to check with Advil people.

You might get a stomach ache or something. Just follow the directions. I'm not really sure how you can "accidentally" take 4 anyways.

nothing will happen. just don't make it an ongoing thing. you are allowed 800mg's of advil a day.
