Neutering a dog or a cat only alters its sexual organ. It does not remove entirely its sexual behavior. One of my pets still likes to chase around after another one. So, he is not any less annoying after the surgery. At least, his sexual drive will never be that strong as it is in all wild animals.

If you were to get fixed don't you think you would still have those urges still. I have a male cat and they both get those urges most cats do and do it more often than you think. They are simular to people. Some cats also still go through the whole going into the heat cycle except they do not spray.

Yes they can still have those urges and they can still complete a sex act but they cannot reproduce. It is rare though and usually the urges are taken out on inannimate objects.

Yep, my male cat gets 'happy' on my furry bath robe (and a bag of stuffing and my pillow once...) enough to let me know that he would have urges after being fixed. It only happens once or twice a year though.

They can still, but it is rare. Once you take out their testosterone, much of that behavior goes away. Some do still display those "urges" (l like that word, its funny :)) but usually that is more of a dominance thing than actually sexual.

If it's a girl no. My cat was in heat and was all weird and for three years she hasn't been weird since. They won't be weird because they wont go in heat.
