"Escribe LO mismo en EL billete / San Juda Tadeo / quien reciba ESTO billete TENDRA mucho dinero"

It sounds like a memo-to-self : Write it directly on the ticket/bill, "Saint Judas Thaddeus". Whosoever receives this ticket/bill will have a lot of money.

Well... I'll try to figure out, but this is not correct Spanish.

It could be somthing like:
Write the same in 11(?) notes.
Saint Judas Tadeo (I don't know how to translate that name, but you probably know who he is).
The person who receives this note will have a lot of money.

Hey! You are so lucky!!! ;-)
EDIT: note=bill in USA

It is a 'prayer' for more money.

"Saint Jude, give him ( the recipient of the bill) money."

The bill is a gift to wish someone (obviously) lots of money.
