Dish soap and water is my best guess. If it works getting oil off of marine animals, hey it should work on your kid?

Gently wipe her off with a soft cloth. Then give her a bath with a very little amount of dish soap. The dish soap will help with the oils. It will be much easier then bath soap.
Then make sure you rinse her off very well after. So, there is no dish soap residue on her body.

Try a bubble bath with dish soap- it's meant to counter-act grease. Also, I know this sounds crazy, but I'm pretty sure I remember my mom using real butter to get peanut butter out of my hair once. It sounds wierd, but somehow it works.

I'd just use water and my hand or a soft washcloth. Scrubbing will hurt since it's very sticky and soaps and stuff don't seem to help.
After it's off, then use the soap.

warm water and soap, in the bath tub. Just strip her down and put her in a tub of warm water and wash her off.
