When he mentioned "oath to protect the nation"? Never mind his stance on immigration, or that the "oath" comes hand in hand with the Constitution.....

McCains turning into a 2nd Teir candidate.
He had momentum at one time, but the more he talks the more people see how truly unworthy he is to be this nations commander in chief.

Just because he was an officer in the Navy...and sadly, a POW....you remove those 2 aspects from John McCain, and you have a 3rd Tier candidate.

The guy tries to run on americas sympathy.
And even more full of crap and deranged than the lot of them.

MCCAIN PRIME EXAMPLE.
GUY BELOW ME RESPECTS MCCAIN BUT QUESTIONS HIS POLITICS.
AS A PATRIOT HE DESERVES RESPECT.
as presdint hopeful judged merely on his politics he doesnt fit the bill.
McCain, thank you for your service...no cigar buddy!

There has never been nor will there ever be anything phony about John McCain. In a world of self-serving politicians and bribed and bartered thieves disguised as elected officials McCain is a decent, honest man.

I may not always like his politics but I have all the respect in the world for McCain. I can't say that about many politicians.

Whoever is paying you as a political tool is wasting his money on your paycheck.

You lie down with dogs, you get fleas. The extreme right still doesn't trust him despite his attempts to cozy up to them, and the moderates who used to like him are repulsed by those same attempts. He has about a 1% chance of getting the nomination. Ron Paul has a better chance, and I seriously doubt he'd make it.
