Dodge 2007 6.7 turbo diesel engine lite stays on?

Question

any body , 4trips to dealer replaced actuater, flashed the ecm and lite still persist to stay on this was suppose 2 be my dream truck instead its turning into a nitemare help anybody.

they are having problems with the turbo on those!! dont fear turbo replacement will fix th problem but chrysler makes the dealer perform tests before replacement, make sure the dealer has a certified diesel tech to work on this truck. what kind of acuator? thats a new one to me, and chrysler is very aware of this and in the process of fixing it.the 6.7 is a new engine. if the dealer you take it too isnt pleasing you call 1-800-992-1997 and start what chrysler calls a cair, chrysler is very concerned about customer satisfaction on these high dollar trucks. ask the service dept about the service bulliten on the 6.7 turbo

there is another flash that came out within the last 2 weeks for more erroneous dtcs. take it back in and see if it is even the same code. there have always been software problems with cummins controllers. engineering is all over it, and everything will be worked out. do not disconnect the battery. if you disconnect it there will be no way to fix the problem if the tech cannot see what code is in it. they will jsut give the truck back to you.

Start calling customer service 1800-992-1997 complain they may have a fix since for it as it's a new version>>It will get fixed try a different dealer>>It's not been long enough for the lemon law>

when you took it back to them did they for sure clear the codes off of it,id try taking the battery cable completely off of it,and then re-install it,it may sound dumb but it worked on a 05 model we was working on and couldn't get the light to go off,it wouldn't turn of even with a scanner,its worth a try,I'm not up to par on the diesels too much,good luck with it.
