theres a whole or tiny spot in my underarm and its smell bad when i squeeze it,it comes yellowish creamy?

when i sqeeze it,i dont kow what it is,but its bother me because its smell bad ,and my underarms is wet most of the time esp. when its warm/hot. pls tell me whats this....thanks

It is a sebaceous cyst. They are harmless but annoying. They can be removed by a Dr. or let go & drained periodically.

thats just nasty
