Allie fell in a couple of months ago. There were no chemicals (Tidy Bowl) in the water and it was flushed so I just wiped her paws and she lived through it just fine. Only under extreme conditions would I give a cat a bath. If she had feces from head to toe maybe but not all that trouble when a good wipe with a washcloth will do.

No, the water in the toilet is pretty clean provided you clean the bowl of your toilet occasionally.

What I WOULD check is his mouth to see if he chipped or cracked a fang against the porcelain. Also the center of the nose to make sure you don't see a red line there if he banged it really hard.

If it was a clean bowl with no chemicals, just give your kit a wipe down with a damp cloth. Not much point in stressing him out for no reason!

If there was just water in there, I wouldn't worry about it.
