Jesus because he is God. He can do anything where Superman is still human. He created superman, the creation cannot be better than the creator.

That depends on whether or not Jesus can turn water into kryptonite.
I suspect he would turn the other cheek & let Superman kill him.
On the other hand, Superman is an honorable being, and would not hurt Jesus unless it was warranted.

Jesus:
Can walk on water,
Can turn water into wine.
hmmm......Superman looks like he has the upperhand, but everytime he'd kill Jesus, Jesus would rise from the dead. So I'd say Jesus
