My left testicle started hurting yesterday i dont think its testicular torsion because the pain come and goes and isnt in extreme pain. Its like a stinging pain sometimes i dont really feel the pain anyone know what it is or how i can stop it? Is it sore or something? I havent got hit there in a long time.

Possibly epididymysis? or a varicose vein in the scrotum?
To be honest (and I don't have those particular items) I would check with my doctor - only because there is always the possibility of testicular cancer. The scrotum and testicles are actually very complex and any pain is your bodies way of telling you there is a problem - may be mild but maybe not. Most men are very proud the jewels and should always be sure to have any issues with them checked by a physician.
Rough sex, heavy lifting, and even bike riding can cause irritation, bruising, or varicosities in the scrotum.

Also, besides torsion, it could be a kidney stone. I had similiar pains in my testicles and went to the doctor thinking it was torsion and they x-rayed and it was a kidney stone.

It may not have been torqued. Your epididymis may have become inflamed by strenuous activity. It happened to me and I thought the worst! Cancer, std etc. See your doc and he will take care of it.
