How do I begin my career as a spruiker?

It is a career that requires both creativity and dedication so I imagine it's pretty difficult to break into the market. What courses should I do at university and how can I prepare myself for a lifetime of spruiking?

ask others who are in this line of work. but i would guess lots of some communication courses, psychology, sociology, stats, and get into a sales position to gain some experience in dealing with people..
