I asked b/c I was thinking off joining the Marines when I graduate and was wondering my chances of getting pwned.

There are about 180,000 active duty personnel in Iraq and Afghanistan. As of 10 AM Washingon time today 3,370 have died on active duty. That's all branches. You do the math.

Comparing the number of Marines KIA to the number of Marines there are, the percentage would be close to zero.

Out of curiosity why would you ask such a question?

zero, once they become KIA they are no longer on active duty.
