cut it. it always looks healthier on a man to have shorter hair. men don't blow dry, and style long hair, so it looks flat, and not taken care of. not that i want you to blow dry & style....it will look girly. Its okay for a guy to have longer hair....but not down to your waist......the look is very outdated. Besides, if you try it shorter and hate it, it will grow back...i would recommend cutting it....its much easier to deal with, and i think ultimitely you will like it.

If you like your long hair, keep it! If you're ready for a change, cut it!
On the plus side, if you cut it and miss your long hair, it does grow back. ;)
