Tulare is 160 miles away from LA, you can catch Amtrak and transfer though bus in bakersfield, the ticket is not cheap if you commune every day.

I agree with "Copestir", you keep asking this same question over, and over again. Tulare is a FARMING community in the central valley of California, and it gets extremely HOT in the summer. It is a 4 hour drive from Tulare to Los Angeles, and there is ABSOLUTELY NO fashion industry there. If you learn how to pick lettuce, apples and grapes, or how to milk cows you will find work there, but designing clothes, NO. It's a farming community.

Are you a troll or something? You keep asking this. LOOK ON THE MAP AND ADD UP THE MILES AND FIGURE OUT IF THIS IS REALISTIC! Are you really a fashion student?
