Typical Civilians employed by the military after a while they think they a superior to all mere mortals.

Biggest mistake in any military is allowing civilians work for them, they want to unionize a non-union situation.

I serve in the Marines. Generally, civillians see how harshley we are treated at times, ie. getting yelled at, or "bossed around" as a civillian would put it, also even hazed! and think they have the right to treat us un-fairly as well. Because the see that our liberties are limited for signing the contract.

Also, it is not all of them that do this... from what I have seen it is only a select few. I don't know about Pensacola, but on Camp Lejuene, thats how it generally is.

Most of the civilians who work on base are civil service employees. They have job security..it is very hard to fire civil service personnel. So they don't worry too much who they offend.
