Yes.
+ Pornography +
Pornography consists in removing real or simulated sexual acts from the intimacy of the partners, in order to display them deliberately to third parties.
Catholics believe that pornography offends against chastity because it perverts the intimate giving of spouses to each other.
It does grave injury to the human dignity of all participants (actors, vendors, the public), since each one becomes an object of base pleasure and illicit profit for others.

+ Masturbation +
Judeo-Christian tradition has taught for thousands of years:
1. Single people should be celibate.
2. Married people should be faithful to each other (adultery is wrong).
The Catholic Church recognizes the power of sex when it teaches, "Sexuality affects all aspects of the human person in the unity of his body and soul."
Chastity means the successful integration of sexuality within the person. A chaste person's body and spirit lives in unity and opposes any behavior that would impair that unity.
Masturbation is contrary to the human dignity of the person, anyone about whom the person has lustful thoughts, and the dignity of human sexuality.

it's not a sin to masturbate. some religions say it is, but if you feel it's not a sin, than it's not a sin. in fact, masturbation is healthy, and has benefits to your health and development that can help you in growth into manhood. porn, is also not a sin. but some religions say it is. i would not recommend a 12 year old to look at porn. sure there is curiosity so you may look at some pictures you find, and try to figure out the parts. but porn is not good for a 12 year old. sexually you are not mature, physically you are not mature, and mentally you are not mature. at a young age, porn can give you false ideas of what sex is, and how people initiate sex between each other. porn can also be addictive. it can get a person to a point where they do not wish to have sex with partners, rather to watch sex.

Mat 5:29 If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and throw it away; it is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole body be thrown into hell.
Mat 5:30 And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away; it is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole body go into hell.
