Guys do that all the time. We as guy, love to look at girl with nice butt. Also, he's probably telling the truth. I don't think you should make a big deal about it. Isn't your butt the one, he's touching and not hers. Maybe you should also try to wear clothes(like tight jeans) to show him that yours is better and i'm pretty sure that'll bring to the yard.

I would question him on this subject...tell him that you don't feel comfortable with him saying those things about your friends....ask him if he would like it if you said that to him about his friends..??
If he said that, he might not be really into you, and he might be really into your friends....but maybe not, he might just be confused on who he was with...a gal instead of a guy....guys talk like that despite what they have in their life.....bear with him, but make sure you make the ground rules....that will make sure you or him are not feeling hurt..............
