This might sound crazy, but whenever I see a pimple either start to form, or I need to reduce the size of the pimple, I use toothpaste. Yes, toothpaste. To get best results, it's good to put toothpaste on the pimple the night before, right before you go to sleep. However, if it's a more immediate problem, put it on several hours before you are supposed to be somewhere. Remember, just on the pimple, not the entire face.

Whenever I start to get a spot or pimple I put toothpaste on it. Honestly, I do. It's the best antiseptic you can get and the spots/pimples have completely gone in day or two. Same with cold sores, they go really fast. I put it on at night just before I go to bed and by morning they've either gone or dimished in size.

Hope this helps and have a nice spot free day.

If you try to pick it or pop it, it will just take longer to heal. You'll just have to wait until the scab heals on its own. You might try putting some Neosporin or something on it.
