1997 Ford F-150 Radio Wiring?

Question

Installing new stereo, but dont know what all the wires are. If you can help, it is appreciated. What I see are;

(in order)

Green/purple stripe
Black
Black/red stripe
light blue/ black stripe
(empty)
Black/Green Stripe
(empty)
empty)

These are the wires I need help with. Speaker connection wires are OK.

Sorry dude I accidental clicked a thumbs down, but to answer your question, you can buy a maintenance manual for your vehicle or go to the library to find out the color codes for the existing wiring, these are usually accurate.
