Unfortunately, its not what you want to hear, but you aren't going to find one offering no credit checks and low interest rates.

The companies only offer low interest rates if they are certain you have a good credit record, as then there is only a low risk that they won't be paid back.

If you have bad credit, or they don't credit check, they have no way of knowing if they will ever get their money back, so charge high interest rates, as the people who pay the high interest cover the payments which they never get.

Unfortunately for this reason the two things just don't go together.

Don't be silly = there is so much FRAUD on the web (where you can be anyone you like) that any Catalogue failing to do Credit Checks would soon be out of business ..

I assume you have a low credit Rating ? If it's only because you were late with your credit card payments or other loans, you might still get a catalogue (they will impose a low maximum order limit to start with and demand a Direct Debit authority on your bank account)

If, on the other hand, you defaulted on a catalogue payment, you can be reasonably sure you will never be approved for another Catalogue

so you want someone to not only take a risk on you by not checking your are likely to repay them, but also give you a really good deal on the repayment terms................

get real, would you do it in their position.
