I have had a really hard time getting rid of those couple of extra inches around my tummy - that was until I found this totally free e-book called "Training and Nutrition Insider Secrets for a Lean Body" I was soooo pleased with my results after using their techniques - I actually have abs now and I'm not talking about those huge bulging abs - I'm talking about nice lean abs. You can find this e-book at http://absfacts.com/ Good luck I hope you get your desired look.

Some advice: be cautious with the hydroxycut. If there was a miracle cure out there everyone would be using it.

I tried hydroxycut myself and something in there made me crazy! No lie. I became a totally different person. Normally I'm calm and easy to get along with. Nothing bothers me. After a few days on hydroxycut I was so irritable I could have killed someone. I was yelling at my family, but worst of all I felt like a bundle of raw nerves inside. I've never felt so horrible. The symptoms quickly dissipated after I stopped taking it.

Then, stupidly, out of desperation, I tried it again about a year later. I thought, maybe it was just a coincidence. But no, the same thing happened again. I can't tell you how awful it is to feel that way. I'd rather be fat.

Back to your question. It's good to exercise, but I wouldn't overdo it. The fruit juices are not the best choice. They are loaded with sugar. Keep trying the fruits and veggies. Your tastes will change as you mature and keep trying new things. You are right about the breads and pasta, too many carbs can pack on the pounds, but don't eliminate them altogether. You need a balanced diet. Lots of fruits and veggies (sorry!), protein, and a little fat and carbs. Food is your fuel. You need it for energy and growth and thinking power.

Word to the wise: don't over-diet. I did that at your age and now I'm sure that's why my metabolism is so horrible. If I had just been content to be an average size, rather than always wanting to be thin, I would probably still be that average size. I'm not fat now, but I really have to work at it. And I know it's because I kept eating less and less and less until my metabolism has about shut down.

You are not overweight for your height. Work more at being healthy and loving yourself, and you will be beautiful!

Most people would tell you diet and exercise more. Well I've got a way you can lose 40 pounds in 2 months. Want to know why! 1. Set Up Realistic Weight Loss Goals. Don't set a weird goal like 10 pound a day no. 2. Drink Plenty of Water. Drink about 6-8 glass of water per day. 3. Chew More Slowly when You Eat. If you eat 5 smaller a day you will accomplish your goal, but pleas don't eat three enormous meal. That would actual get you fatter. 4. Exercise at least 30 minuets per day. Pleas stay away from pills they could kill you, some pills could help but there is a few that do help. If you follow this correctly you will achieve your weight goal.

Not that you need to lose the weight but I can tell you how.

I've lost 20 pounds and I'm still losing a pound a week. The best way to start losing is to start exercising and tracking your calorie intake.

To get started you will need to find out how many calories a day you should consume to start losing.

Go to www.calorieking.com and select "interactive tools" there you will find a calculator that can tell you how many calories you need to consume each day to maintain your current weight.

If you want to start losing that weight, Subtract 500 from the number of calories a day you need to maintain your weight and that would be the number you need to consume each day to start losing about 1 pound a week.

Try and consume at least that number of calories each day, too much under and your body will start to feel deprived, too many over and your weight loss will be much slower.

There is NOT a set number of calories for everyone so when you start to lose weight check back once a week and recalculate.

You will need to keep track anything you eat and drink, the amount you ate and drank and how many calories was it that amount.

www.calorieking.com has a free calorie counter which does the math for you.

For example if you drink 1 cup of milk, you will search for milk, choose the right type of milk (whole, skim, etc) and the amount and it will tell you how many calories are in that amount of milk you drank.

When you exercise, eat back those calories. Exercise will allow you to eat more, I'm a big eater as well.

Join www.shape.com and get more help from the community there. They are very helpful. They can provide you support and good advice.

Try and incorporate weight training and aerobics into your exercise regime. Weight training will help you build muscle which will help you burn more calories

If you want to loose weight you need to watch you food intake and exercise . now this doesn't mean running but a 20 min plus brisk walk each day will do more than 5 min on a exercises bike.

Watching food intake doesn't mean don't eat either it means be smart & have small healthy nibbles as well ( small being the main word) to kick start your metabolism.

Drink lots of water as many people are dehydrated & the hunger pains can actually be a need for water if you are more than a little dehydrated

On the exercise side doing some strength work will also help as more muscle density you have the more calories you burn doing nothing.

The other thing Throw out the scales they don't show fat volume only weight. You should h ave a size goal rather than a weight one as muscle weighs heavier than fat.

This all sounds terrible so try this:
Okay. Cut out eating in between meals.
Only eat healthy food and cut down on Carb’s like bread, potatoes, pasta's, rice, cereals, lollies etc.
Don’t add salt to your meals. Cut out soft drinks.
Then walk an hour every morning two hours after a meal and the same in the afternoon.
If you can jog in between both sessions you'll burn even more calories.
You should lose and continue to lose more weight as you go.
If you can cut out your lunch meal and replace it with a protein drink instead that would also help. (Available from supermarkets).
As long as you can stay off junk food and eating in between meals.

Make sure you eat three whole meals,
Just watch that you don't eat junk food.
I suggest doing the Suzanne Summer's Diet.
It works fast, but you need to keep to it.
And make sure you do your ab work to get rid any
excess weight.

Below is the Suzanne Somers website.
You should find what you need on there somewhere.

Stay away from hydroxycut. You don't need stimulants. You don't need to stop having pasta and bread. A low-fat diet is the best way to go for lasting health. The best thing to do is see a doctor and/or a nutritionist, who can help you choose a lifestyle that will help you get the best level of health.

cereals are full of sugar. They are a "sugar bomb". Try porridge, no sugar, no butter, with some sweetener.
Orange juice unless fresh- wrong. It's made from concentrates, and is, again, contains a lot of sugar.
No pasta and bread - good.
For dinner try to bake a potato - no butter, cream or anything rich with it, maybe a bit of olive oil and some vegetables, like tomatoes or whatever you like.
The resul will depends on your preseverance.
