How can I get rid of the free trial and have my computer revert back to XP? I clicked on restore to a previous version of windows when I loaded up my computer but it asks me for an administrator password. I typed in my pass to get into windows and it was not valid. PLEASE HELP!

Guess I don't know it all! I knew someone was going to say that!!!
I have already tried entering no password when it prompts me...omg the geek squad couldn't even fix it???? I hate this!!!

My dad tried the free trial deal and after the geek squad tried fixing it he still had to buy the program.
what a sneaky way to force it upon the customers

Guess not...you forgot your Administrator password? Try just hitting enter with NO password when it prompts you.
