Catholic Church is like in many Christian Churches there are those how fallow and those how just add space. I am married and have a lot of kids four of them and the church tell me constantly every where I go to take care of them because God will give counts on them. With his help I try to take care of them with love. Another great lie just because title ROMAN CATHOLIC we are link to Roman leader who crucified Christ. It was call the ROMAN CATHOLIC because Christian church was funded by Peter and Paul Apostle in Rome and you can read about the church in the bible which was most authentic teaching of Christ teachings like one in Jerusalem and later destroyed. If you read Paul’s letter in bible, you will find when we sin is like taking apart on actions crucifixion. Studies has shown that our time we have a lot sexually abuse with father families, friends, teens, and strangers even protestant ministers the only institutes doing something about his problems are the Catholic Church and Schools district in the United States. Studies has show that Catholic is poorest church in the Christianity and who as given more to the poorest. The reason having the gold item is because people give back because they have received a lot form the Catholic Church and want to offer their gratitude to God.

What I've never understood with the Protestants you speak of, especially the almighty CJ (sorry, but you brought this on yourself), is why Catholocism is always the target. If the fundamentalists believe that anyone who doesn't worship Jesus is going to hell and that any teachings that don't boil down to worshiping him are false, then why attack the Catholics? Regardless of the details, Catholics, like all Christians, believe that Jesus Christ was the son of God and the saviour of mankind, and they worship him for that. So in the grand scheme of things, they're not that far off, even if you do believe that Catholics "preach false gospels" (which is a load of crock since NO ONE can know for sure which are false and which are true), can't they at least give them credit for having the core belief right? Why not go after the people who don't even believe in your Jesus to begin with? Wouldn't that make more sense?

First of all, it was a Roman leader who gave the people their choice of who would be crucified, on that fateful day.
So to me, to call oneself, ROMAN CATHOLIC, is like saying that you are a JEWISH MUSLIM.
I have never followed the preachings of the Pope, he leads a group of men who often sexually abuse children, both male and female, while they disdain from marriage, what a crock of bs.
Next, the bible has only been available to the public for just over 120 years, until then, the CHURCH, held the bible in their own misguided manners. And gave the people what were their views as to what was meant by each passage of the bible.
If you do not wish to believe in the bible, that is your choice to make. God does not demand that you believe in anything. HE gave you free-will, it is up to each individual to use their free-will as to which path, or which decision, they will choose.
As for protesting the richest Church in the world,(while poverty spreads, children die, and disease runs rampant), so that their Pope might drink from a Golden chalice, or wear gold lame' clothing, that is the right given to the people of this country.
Times do change, and a CHURCH should change with the times. The only thing the leaders of the Roman Catholic Church change, is which one gets the gold and which one gets the shaft.

Well, if Philip Morris came out and started advertising that cig's help battle cancer and are good for your lungs....

people would protest even though we know differently.

Hope this helps.

Its called an analogy folks, doesn't mean I think it or agree with it...even though I think anyone who follows a religion more closely than the bible is doomed in the end.

Religion will always have opposing critics and controversy, as the debate rages on: "What is THE right religion to ascribe to?"

Logic suggests any religion that worships God, albeit in various parallel ways, pretty much covers what is right for one to ascribe to.

This out-right disqualifies Satan worshippers and atheists are just "on the fence", not really up to a debate on religion.

Why would you think that it is irrelevant to us? Do you have any idea how big the Catholic church is? It has an extremeeffect on society and religion no matter what you believe. The more heresy they spread the more difficult it is to teach the truth.

Religion is all about marketing and dissing catholics is a good way to get the attention they so desperately crave.

Well, it could have something to do with the fact that much of what the Catholic Church decrees is on a " do as we say, not as we do" basis. From what I've seen, they tell you to have as many kids as God wills, but they don't seem to urge anyone to take responsibility for them after they're born. I think it's the hypocrisy of those in charge that bothers them.
