Ok well i told dis boy that i liked him and then he told me that he had 2 much **** going on 2 have a gurl friend an then he told me not 2 get him wrong and 2 write back.So i wrote him back and said that it was ok and i wasn't mad and that i would wait 4 him and **** and then he wrote me a note saying that hes sorry and he doesn't think im his type.and can we still be friends.After i worte back and say ok we can still be friends he went out wit this girl named eryn. I just really don't understand y he would tell me that he didn't want a gurl friend and then go out wit this other gurl. Y did he do that.

Maybe this guy wasn't intrested in you. Guys have two different labels for women. Hot and dateable, cute and friends only. I think he only thought of you as a friend. Try to get to know him. And don't mention the fact that he went out with eryn because it might make him feel bad and then you won't be friends anymore. Just tell him you hope it works out. That will tell him you care

He didn't want to hurt your feelings. Besides, it's flattering to anyone when someone expresses an interest. When you did, you gave his ego a boost. He enjoyed your attention just as he would from any female, but he's probably looking for something he can get more easily with someone else. Maybe he just didn't feel like you were his type.
Don't wait around for him. He won't make a good friend if he's dishonest with you from the first meeting.

I guess the first time he said he couldn't have a girlfriend he was lying in order not to hurt your feelings.When he understood you were willing to wait for him he decided to tell you the truth,that's when he told you you are not his type.So actually he told you he doesn't like you like that,he likes you as a friend though.Don't worry honey,sometimes it is better to have someone in your life as a friend,cause he will always be there.And the right boy will come your way,don't get to upset about it,if something happens between this guy and this other girl be happy for him,cause that's what friends do.

alright hun, i can tell by this question that you are truly very young. However i will go ahead and break it down for you anyway. Whenever a guy tells you he does not want to go out with you, regardless of the reason he gives that means he is not interested and you should look elsewhere. there was no need to tell him you would wait, it just made you look desperate

He did not know how to handle the situation, it is obvious that he actually was never interested in you (not to be offensive or anything) He thought if he said that you would give up and look other places. He did not know what to say and did not want to hurt your feelings, however in doing so it seems like he hurt your feelings more than if he was straight with you from the beginning.

I would think he was just trying to spare your feelings. He probably thinks you're a cool person to be friends with, but he already liked the girl he is going out with and tried to let you down easy.
