you have to decide whether you eat to live or live to eat. If you wish to be healthy and lose weight that pizza should be thought of as poison.

Okay here's what you do Close your eyes and focus on the most disgusting thing you can image then associate it with pizza. Or you could just wait 15-20 minutes I heard urges usually last that long and then you have a point of relief until the next urge comes along. I think you should wait for about 20 minutes and I know this is totally left field but you can even pray for self control to help you stick to your diet.Hope I helped. And also you could probably eat only half a slice just a long as you work out for thirty to 45 minutes after that way you won't feel guilty.

Try this for the long term:
Okay. Cut out eating in between meals.
Only eat healthy food and cut down on Carb’s like bread, potatoes, pasta's, rice, cereals, lollies etc. These are the fat making foods.
Don’t add salt to your meals. Cut out soft drinks.
Then walk an hour every morning two hours after a meal and the same in the afternoon.
If you can jog in between both sessions you'll burn even more calories.
You should lose and continue to lose more weight as you go.
If you can cut out your lunch meal and replace it with a protein drink instead that would also help. Available in supermarkets.
As long as you can stay off junk food and eating in between meals. If you have to eat something in between have something like small raw carrots or celery sticks.
Summary:
Choose a cereal low in sugar for breakfast.
Lunch can be a protein drink.
And all normal meals at a normal serve. Cut down on potatoes and only have small portions of these.

Here is the calorie and nutritional breakdown for 2 SLICES of pizza.
For Plain cheese pizza there are 482 calories, 22 grams of fat, 56 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 30 grams of cholesterol, 1123 grams of sodium and 19 grams of protein. For the Cheese & Pepperoni there are 560 calories, 28 grams of fat, 57 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, 45 grams of cholesterol, 1397 grams of sodium and 22 grams of protein.
The brand is Domino's, so there may be variations. If you decide to eat some pizza (and I don't know what you weigh or any of your current health conditions) this is the price. You decide?
Please take a nutrition course as soon as you can, so you can at least make intelligent food choices. Also learn how to cook.

you just have to have will power. Think about what you want your body to look like and how if you eat that your just going back to your old ways. I know it is VERY hard when you know something that you really like is there and you dont want to eat it. You just have to say that your going to eat healthy and do it. Dont let anything get in your way even Pizza : ) GOOD LUCK!!!!

I don't like the idea of 'banning' foods, I think it makes the cravings all the more intense, which leads to binges. If you are hungry, have a slice (but just one!!).

If you are not hungry, try getting out of the house. Go for a walk, call a friend, do something to take your mind off food.

Honestly, one piece of pizza--especially if it has vegies on it--will not hurt you very much. Especially if you pair it with some extra veggies, like broccoli, one piece will be okay--and it will help you fight the craving. If you are constantly saying no to all your cravings, they will just get stronger and stronger, which increases the liklihood that you eventually overeat whatever you're craving.
