Rally all the bowels in America together and have them march on Washington in protest of how they are treated. They can carry signs that say, "Bowels have feelings too!" and "Got bowel trouble? You will soon!" The Bowel Movement will soon be in effect, and hopefully those irritable bowels will someday get the respect they deserve.

Well you can buy a number of laxatives at a drug store. Or you could eat lots of fiber, try bananas too. If you are having trouble having regular bowels, you may want to try an herbal colon cleanse. Those really do work! Plus it gets you on a normal schedule with it.

They make many different types of boweling balls. Some will curve more then others. Your best bet would be to talk to someone at the pro shop in your local boweling alley.
