That is a lymph node, and don't worry, we all have them. There is a body system called the lymphatic system, which is comprised of a bunch of lymph nodes, located at various points throughout the body. The lymphatic system is kind of like an anti-virus firewall on your computer. It tries to fend off viruses and bacteria by cleaning out your bloodstream with lymphatic fluid. When one of those nodes gets swollen, it becomes noticeable to the touch and feels like it moves around, as you said. The presence of the lymph node means your body is probably working to fight off a potential bug. I tend to get a lymph node right where you said, along my jawline, every now and then, particularly around cold and flu season.

Does it hurt? Is it getting any bigger? If it hurts it could be a swollen lymph node gland caused by an infection somwhere which can easily be treated with some antibiotics or if its getting bigger and it really hurts i suggest you get it checked out because it could be somthing serious.

Please go to a doctor! Your lymph nodes (not "in" the jaw by the way, they're in your neck, armpits, places like that) don't move around. Please go to a doctor!
