Kinda. I think Jesus has given me those things. So that brings up the question, Is Jesus and Christianity the same thing?

Not particularly. I grew up in a Christian family, and was always told that it would provide all of those things. But I never saw God, never heard from him, never found any proof of his existence. I learned just how much blood the Christian church spilled over the centuries in history class. Mass was repetitive and I took nothing from it. I found greater inner strength through independence, through freedom from an institution which so many people follow blindly. I don't want to live for a mysterious, faceless entity, I want to live for the tangible things that I can see and understand. And personally, I'd take more comfort from someone who I can touch and communicate with than said mysterious, faceless entity.

Jesus Christ has give me strength, inner and otherwise, and provides comfort and guidance during the trials of life. As for a reason to live, I'm not sure about that. It is a reason to live right. For sure.

No, the source of my joy and strength is Jesus. He is the Author and Finisher of my faith! He is The Source of my comfort and life. He is my All and All! Christ is not religion (Christianity), He is Life! Christianity is suppose to represent Christ!

Many make light of being a Christian because they have no relationship with Christ Jesus! What you don't know, you can't be a critic on it because you've never tried it. That goes with anything in life.
Thanks for asking!

Yes it has, within in myself I have no strength, he is working through me. I used to so backwards, I'd take an F before I would get in front of the class for a report LOL.
Yes he has given me a reason to live, I grew up in foster homes, suffered severe abuse mental physical and sexual It catapulted me into severe depression, God has walked me through all the pain the memories and has done allot of healing inside of me, and he still is not finished. He has become my daddy, and best friend,

Not Christianity, Heathenism and the first and third. I have far more other reason's to live then gods. They are totally ok with that.

Yes, but that's not why I believe- I don't believe because nothing else gives me comfort. I don't believe because I need something to fall back on. I'm guessing your asking this to see how many people believe in God because of tragedy in their lives- yes, God does provide all these things, but no, that's not why I believe

No, sorry.
My family gives me reason to live. They and my friends are a source of comfort.
God/Christianity helps me make sense of the world and life.
I'm really sorry (honestly) that atheists can't see what I see.
