You need a doctor or go to a clinic. this sounds like a yeast infection. You will need a cream or ointment and maybe some antibiotics depending how long you have been suffering. It will not get better on its own. It can get worse and spread too. So off to the doctor now.

It does sound like a yeast infection. Have you checked the feminine itch products? Might be cheaper than a doctor visit.

It could definitely be a yeast infection. Soak your balls in plain yogurt. Seriously. Yogurt contains the good bacteria the body needs to fight and cure a yeast infection. (Eating yogurt helps too but you still need to apply it directly to your boys.)

now seriously what u need to do is boil clorox in a pan and then sprinkle salt and chamomile tea in it! it has to boil to gether for atleast 2 minutes... let it cool down and then dip a rag in it and then soak it on ur balls! it should work instantly or within the next hour or so...

Yeah. Wash yourself once in awhile. You probably are not keeping them clean!
