If God is God, then He is God of the entire universe...or else He is not God at all.
I believe that Creation included the entire universe...including any life that may exist on other planets. If God is the Creator, then He is the Creator of all that exists.
I believe that The Fall was a cosmic event...that is, that it happened all over the entire universe at the same time. Thus, death, or entropy, entered the universe.
I believe that the appearance of God within Creation was a cosmic event...every inhabited planet has been visited by God.
I believe that Salvation was also a cosmic event...when Christ paid the price for sin, He paid it all over the entire universe, on every inhabited planet in existence.
And I believe that the Resurrection...and the end of Death...will also be a cosmic event.
God is making ALL THINGS new...beginning with people.
So, yes...in that sense, Christianity exists on all other planets that have intelligent life. They may call Him something else...but there is only ONE God.
Anyway, that is what I believe.

If life exists on other planets, then I have to assume that those lifeforms (if they are thinking, reasoning people, and not just animal life) would have to have had Jesus and what He did revealed to them at some point.

God only had ONE Son, so He is Savior for the entire world, no matter who inhabits it. After all, we were all created by God.

Christianity is a man-made religion, which takes many liberties from earlier Sun-worshipping religions. I'm sure every culture in the universe has some mechanism in place to keep the masses in line.

If other planet's have specimen like us then they would certainly have something similar to christianity.
There is too much in the universe to assume we are the only lifeforms, living on this one solitary planet, in our own little galaxy, in this magnificent universe. I'm sure there is something else out there-not god, but something on another planet, in another galaxy.
