YOU CAN'T and it's NOT SAFE, not to mention STUPID. You can safely lose 10 - 15 pounds in a month at 2.5-3 pounds a week. Don't damage your body by trying that, it's not worth it.

If you're talking about 20 pounds of fat, that represents a daily calorie deficit of 14000 calories, i.e., burning 14000 calories/day more than you eat for 5 days. God love you if you are in good enough shape to even think about that.
Actually, I don't think its even possible for your system to convert fat to energy that fast.

its not healthy to lose more than 2 pounds in a week. give it time. cut down on calories and exercise more. believe me, take it slow, your body will be a lot healthier. you might end up with an eating disorder

The healthiest would be liposuction, all other ways could lead to very unhealthy side effects, fat tissue contains not only fat but also stuff like mercury,lead... very fast loss of cellcontent flushes your body with all this poison.........
If you do go on a rad diet,,,drink,,,always....lots lots lots of water to give your kidneys half a chance to flush the garbage

That is absolutely impossible. But in two weeks you can definitely lose 10 pounds, I had a friend who did. Just don't over eat, eat right (yes you have to), and MOST IMPORTANT MOST IMPORTANT EXCERSICE!!!!!!!!

No healthy way that I can think of. Go to a naturopath and get a colonic. You won't lose fat, but you will loose weight.

put some plastic bags around were ur supposed to lose weight exercise so ull sweat more,
