I think that its a trophy girl and she is wearing a Sprint Million firesuit I believe. I think that she represents Sprint and their company and is like a trophy girl.

You mean you watch them give out the award or are you fantasizing?. As a 43 year fan of Nascar I would already have the tube turned off and on my bike getting some wind!!! Watching that every week would be like watching the Wizard of Oz at least 100 times.
