Just talk to them, but if they suggest anything, just let them know your not available. Simple enough.

Just enjoy it. It can add to your self confidence. However, you have to weigh several things. How secure is your current girlfriend in your relationship? If she isn't, flirting isn't a good idea. What are YOUR intentions? Are you thinking maybe you can "get away" with something more? Can you handle flirting without going to far? If you can do it, more power to you. If you can't, it will only lead to heartache, yours or someone elses. You have to know how and when a little flirting is ok. If it's questionable in your mind, don't do it.

I haven't had that problem before, but I would think you should politely let them know you're not available. It's ok to chat with them, but make sure they know you're not flirting, just being friendly. If they laugh too much or start touching you, I think I'd tell them outright that you're not available.
Btw, what program are you on? I could use a better one.

Harmless flirting never killed anyone, a casual compliment and the like: those things really boost the comfort level of a situation. Even though you (or me) are not available, it doesn't mean that we both can't enjoy the company of the opposite sex.

It depends on how unavailable we are. Men, just like women, like attention if they are interested in the person that is pursueing them. If they are in a serious relationship it will likely just be kept to innocence flirting. If it's not serious than we can certainly be pursuaded to try the grass on the other side of the fence.

This is only a dilemma for men b/c we're screwed if we're nice to them, and we're screwed if we tell them to move on.
This isn't a problem for you. Enjoy the attention. It's not your problem they come after you without finding out whether or not you're available.
Although, it is better to tell them. Some guys don't know how to quit.

Well, you've conditioned yourself physically. Now you have to condition yourself emotionally and spiritually. Keep your integrity and control yourself. The only person you really hurt is you when you cheat.
If you decide you want to explore other options, talk to your girlfriend, but be ready for the consquences of a conversation about "sex with other women".
