Cause I started singing 4 years ago, when I was 10, and I couldn't do vibrato at all, and struggled to reach certain notes. Now, at 14, I can sing vibrato and it comes out naturally, and I can sing easily without struggling.

you certainly can learn to control it and use it on purpose, for effect. and you should. the use of it depends on the song and style. there is little vibrato is jazz, some in pop, lots in opera. when you do use it, make it a conscious choice, to add emotionality to the song, and don't use it too much.

glad to hear your singing is going well. keep it up!

A vibrato-voice comes naturally to those who use it. Vibrato-singing does require "a natural skill" that can be TRAINED, but requires extensive practice to master. Focus on RELAXING the voice box and surrounding muscles. Effective use and manipulation of these muscles and vocal-tension does change the resonance and quality of the voice. Singers each develop their own Vibrato-techniques, some better and some worse for each song. The amount of vibrato-singing depends upon each song and vocal intent / mood.

It usually requires training. It is likely that your four years of practice allowed you to find out how to do it and to learn to do it reliably. Were you to start singing now, without either training or your experience, it is likely that you would not find it so easy.
