If you're describing yourself then you sound like the exact type of girl i go for. Short girls are sooo cute. I dont really go for blondes. A B cup isnt small (you sound like you have perfect breasts). Green eyes are very sexy.
No its not true about the tall blonde stuff. Only shallow guys, who want a stereotypical trophey girl on their arm, will only look for a girl like that. Very few guys are like this, but the ones that are i recommend you just ignore. They arent the type of guys you want as your boyfriend.

I just read one of your questions about virginity. No its not weird that you're a virgin at 16. I would recommend keep you're virginity at least until you are 18, but really you should wait until you meet that very special someone. Yes, I would find you attractive. I for one am attracted to all types of girls. Its not true that you have to be tall and blonde. Good looking girls come in many forms. Self-Confidence also helps to make any person more attractive.
