One case of mid quality, domestic beer will cost about $15.
One case of mid quality wine will cost about $240 ($20/bottle)
6 Cases of beer = $90
3 Cases of wine = $720
Since wine can be anywhere from $3/bottle to $5000/bottle, obviously the prices will range quite a bit. A case of 2000 Chateau Petrus, for example, will run you about $21,600.

If you were to go to a local winery, you might be able to get a discount on a case of wine. It all depends on where you are, and how generous the winery operator is.
If you're unsure about the kinds of wine to get in your case, the winery would again be a good bet. They might be able to help you figure out exactly what you'll need for the party, and you can sample some of it, if you're of legal age.
Micro-breweries are also a good idea, if you have any near you. You'll not get a big name beer, but you might find a decent craft beer that would suit your friends. Again, you might get to sample some and then find just the right one. Some will also give discounts for buying by the case.
Hope that helped a little. :o)

This is an impossible question to answer with the information given.. A case of Guinness as an example will be about double that of a case of "Milwaukee's Best" likewise, wine prices are hugely different with different brands and styles.

Just going by my tastes, a 30 pack of Miller Lite is right now about $18 with tax and CRV, and my favorite wine (Mumms) is about $19 a bottle. But I get a 20% discount for buying by the case.

Impossible to answer unless we know what kind of beer and what kind of wine is involved. Also, are we talking 12 packs or beer or 24? You need to be more specific.

Depends on the types, and where you are in the world! A case of each, on average, is probably around $20. . .

if you have to ask...you probably should not consume
it depends upon what kind of beer and what kind of wine
Dos XX is my beer of choice (w/lime and salt) and a case usually costs around $14.00 x 6 = $84.00
3 cases of wine should include: Chardonnay, Merlot and Zinfandel....depending upon how much you want to spend...$5,000.00 for one bottle or go with a name you can trust--Kendall Jackson costs around $15.00 per bottle
