i'll take Joseph Smith's suggestion and save on with the Savior. that's what Joseph Smith wrote approximately Jesus Christ. We have self belief that interior the process the Atonement of Christ all mankind could be stored via obedience to the guidelines and ordinances of the gospel. in common terms via Christ can we be cleansed of our sins. that's what Joseph Smith taught and that's what the LDS church teaches.

Joseph knew it was not his child and would've left Mary quietly. If he didn't heed the angels, then Jesus would've been considered a bastard.

But, Joseph took responsibility for Jesus. So Jesus had a father; He can't be considered an illegitimate.

"Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God."
