There's no 'fast way' if you go through any government department LOL.
Go through the official channels and apply for a visa. Make sure your ‘trade’ is on Aussies skills shortage list… otherwise you won’t get very far.

It depends on your age, and how long you wish to stay in Oz. I'm 38 and have just gotten a permanent migration visa; I'm a joiner with full apprenticeship papers so I am classed as a desirable asset to the Aussies, but even so it took me over a year to get my visa; though that was partly down to me. I chose State Sponsored Immigration, where the state of WA actually sponsors my visa, which meant I could skip the points test. However, I had to have my skills recognised by Trades Recognition Australia. That's the way they do it, you send over your proof of skills, and they tell you what trade they think you are, not the other way round. Using a migration agent is expensive but well worth it; mine cost me £1395 but I got my visa without a hitch.
Good luck with it

Get a working holiday visa, then when you get here you can get a job real easy, and you can upgrade to become a skilled migrant. WHV will take 72 hours to process. as long as you're under 31.
