Please don't lose faith, tomorrow is another day and you could have a different aspect on life, but if this is a day to day feeling for you then please get help for it and fight this feeling that you have. You are a stronger person than you think and you can do it, believe me I've been in that horrible place and i have come out the other side a much stronger and more positive person and you can do the same.There is so much out there worth living for and you can get through this and fight those negative thoughts

I get times when I get like that - and I am talking weeks at a time, not just moments.
I find that I have to remember and often convince myself that there doesn't have to be a sense in living. The important thing is to live each day for each day.
It's Thursday tomorrow. Get up at a decent time, go to work. If you don't have work, make sure your home is clean and tidy. Find something to fill the time - perhaps offer help to a friend or family member or even a complete stranger. If you haven't got much money, then don't fret over it. Find free things to do.
At the end of each day, write down the simple things that brought you satisfaction. They are the things that make life worth living.
Today I spent time tidying my daughter's bedroom and helped her to play dolls. I am surplus at work, and quite bored, so I found an area to tidy. I deliberately haven't sat in front of the telly today. It makes me feel bad. I scrubbed the mildew off my bathroom wall instead.
Try to smile. Don't let the big things that are making you stressed and unhappy affect the little things that can bring you satisfaction or a smile. Be happy with what you have instead of unhappy with what you don't.
I really hope you pick up soon. Tell someone who knows you well how you are feeling. Not to talk if you don't want to, but so that they can be around for you.

I dont know if ur joking or not but if u rnt i know how u feel. ive felt like life cant get any worse lots of times but just take a deep breath and look at all the good things in your life and NOT the bad. watch a sunrise, listen to some soothing music, make some cookies, talk to a friend, anything that will lighten your mood. unless u have serious depression, which u would need to find help, i know u can pull through cause i have and we all have those bad days. is there something thats bothering u that u need to resolve? talk to poeple and get those problems worked out. but the main thing is stay positive and keep ur head up. its gonna get better, promise.

Do you thinkj your alone, I questioned to myself at one time what direction am I heading in I seem to be leading nowhere but then I realized We have the ability to dream for a reason and we were given a brain to try to make those dreams our unconsious part of brain produced some into a true concious reality world. Today's hardship could be tommorow's memory the future is so unpredictable that sometimes its best to live one day at a time- make a plan because I truly believe life is not without purpose.

Talk to a friend or relative
go for a walk
pace yourself and see how many miles you can jog
watch an interesting movie
Get a pet, maybe a goldfish
meditate
go to a park, lake
Find ways to bring back the life in your life.

Also, try eating more fruits and vegetables.
Eat a bowl of oatmeal with a spoon of ground flaxseed added to it. ( You can find flaxseed next to the pancake mixes at Walmart ).
Cut down on junk food, sugar and fast foods.
Drink more water.
Get more sleep.
Open the curtains in your house after you wake up.
If you have any windows open them as well for some time to get some fresh air.

I know how that feels, really I do. I lost my identical twin sis nearly 3 years ago and I was desperate - I lost the sense to live.

I didn't want to admit that I was seriously depressed and it spiralled out of control. You know maybe you should go and see your GP and tell him how you feel. If this doesn't pass and you feel you can't cope you can e-mail me.

Please be sure to have a therapist to talk to.
Do not try to figure things out when you are alone.
You could get overwhelmed with feelings.
Distract yourself. Watch TV, read, do YA Answers or Sudoku.
All you and all of us can do is keep on going each day.
When we are in the middle of depression, it is very hard to feel like things will get better.
I am also in the middle of depression right now.
We have to keep going even though it feels so awful.
I hope we all will feel better soon.

find something to make you FEEL again. look back at some of the simplest things that made you smile or occupied you for hours as a child...i had a fascination with following rainbows, spinning in a circle, making pixy sticks by smashing up sweet-tarts, smelling everything...get back to the basics and re-learn what it is to live...that's how you get the sense of it back.

i think you just need to get out of the house and out of your life for a few days a good escape would be camping and an even cheaper escape would be to go for a long walk find a bench somewhere and sit there and clear your mind.

I feel like that alot of the time,i have had to force myself to think positive,we only have one life,try and live it to the full and have as much fun while you still can.
