No. Jack Chick is a sad, very frightened, ignorant man. Do not believe anything he says and remember to pray for him constantly, that the Holy Spirit truly enter his heart and show him the light.

What mind frame?
And actually, they're telling the truth. I've seen reports about the same thing from other sources. I'll have to see if I can find them. In one, two elderly women have been imprisoned just for saying that homosexuality according to the Bible is a sin. That's in Pennsylvania. Like I said, I'll have to find the articles. I had them saved on my old computer, which has been pretty much destroyed by a virus.

Yes, right now in congress the hate speech bill is being tied to the war budget to make it a crime for a preacher to speak out regarding homosexuality, or anything else that might offend someone else. All the while, you can say anything you like about christians for the fact the law does not cover them.
is that not a double standard if there ever was one. Free speech for everyone but the Christians.

I know for a fact that it is like that in India. A friend of mine had to come here because of attempts on her life for converting others to Christianity.
But I think it is okay to already be a Christian there. Anyone know if that is true or not??

On the free speech part, I think christians should be able to say anything they want. I don't agree with much of it, but its their right to preach hate. Passing laws to curb any speech no matter how abhorrent destroys freedom for everyone.

Yes, I agree with the article. Whats wrong with having rules to live by? The Christian Bible is a gift from God, and its his word. If you don't like what it says, I guess you'll have to take that up with God.

So much for freedom of speech!!!! Everyone else but Christians can spew whatever they want to say but the Christians have to shut up. That's fair..........NOT.
To the world: YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH.
You will know the truth and the truth will set you free.

um...yes, it is going to happen. I have already been harrassed for signing petitions online. They did it very subtley but very hatefully as well. We ARE losing our freedom of speech or perhaps we have already and don't realize it.
