A 14 year old boy shoots a total of five people, ( two teachers, three students ), then takes his own life. It has been said he was mad because he got suspended for fighting, went home & returned with two guns.
What in the world are these young children thinking?

VERY good question.I do believe it's the time's we're living in.That poor disturbed boy.I think they need to put medal detectors in ALL school buildings like they do government buildings.Have a good day.(For Prozacna,if the government disallowed guns, then the only ones that would have any would be the bad people. And believe me they would.Take care and GOD bless USA)

What in the world are the kids thinking??? More like- what in the world is America thinking.
Your country and people in power will NEVER learn, that until you get rid of all guns completely and have them only available to the military and army etc, that these massacres will continue to happen every other week. It does NOT happen this way anywhere else civilised in the world.
Your countries credo about 'right to bear arms' is a load of crap that gets you all into this trouble in the first place. If your government banned guns competely this would hardly ever happen. Isn't all these innocent peoples lives worth it?? I'm sure their loved ones think it is.
Wake up America. The only arms you need to bear are the ones god gave you, then you'd do a lot less dmage to eachother.

Yes I was watching that today on CNN and I just think that is terrible for a 14 year old to have that much anger in him to shoot 5 people and then turn the gun on himself. I cant imagine how his family is feeling right now. I would like to know where he got the gun from and why a 14 year old has access to not only one gun...but two.

Yep heard about it. As a matter a fact I work blocks away from where it occurred. Fortunately I left work early for a Dentist appointment. This is really sad. thank goodness the only person that died was the gunman from a self inflicted wound. My thing is WHO do we blame? The parents, the media or the kids themselves? I really hate to send my children to school. They run the risk of being shoot by peers or molested by teachers.

yeah..the kid was a freak..but read this...THIS was actually stated in the report..
"Officials said two teachers, and two students were shot. And that a 14-year old girl fell and hurt her knee while ruinning out of the school"
GOD HELP THAT GIRL
4 people were shot and they actually put a girl who tripped into the report???
honestly nobody cares that the girl tripped...
4 people could be dead right now.

You cant expect for someone to go up and talk to someone who could possibly be a freak (Not in his clothes, but his personality. Morbid probably) Thats not how the world works. And you cant expect teenagers to accept him because of what he wears. Teenagers are teenagers, they will always be the same. So theres someone who is gothic and someone else who is preppy. Who would you rather be friends with? Someone who looks depressed all the time? Or someone who would like to have fun and actually do things. Its the kids fault for not realizing how teenagers would react towards him.

I haven't heard about it yet.... what is the world coming to? These kind of things make me seriously think about enrolling my daughter in home school. I struggle with that decision only because she wouldn't get as much social experience that way. It really scares me....

Yup it is a sad thing. This is a true thing that you may not know. The NRA already has a rally planned there for this weekend. They always do this after a high publicity shooting. They want to "ease" the peoples minds that guns are ok and that it is our right to bear arms and all that other crap. These folks need to be burned at the stake. I will help with the lighter fluid!!

They're cowards. Too irresponsible to deal with problems so this is their outlet. Even killing themselves is cowardly because they don't want to face the music afterwards. What they don't consider is how they hurt their loved ones.
In any event, some moron out there will blame guns for killing and not people.
