You've got to floss well. Other than that, get a tongue scraper and use it until your tongue is pink all over - no white areas whasoever. Then brush the roof of your mouth thoroughly and the side of your cheeks, Gargle extremely well and don't eat anything else when going to sleep. Drink water after you eat something and preferably floss and tongue scrape as well after any meal. Brushing should be twice a day - maybe more often if your breath is bad. Eventually it will start to turn back to normal but if it's been a constant problem it could've effected your tonsils which will either take dentists help or you'll need them removed - the craters that form in them are to my knowledge unremovable lest you take out the whole tonsil. The craters foster little solid pieces of food and skin and so on which harbors a very unpleasant scent. Conquer these milestones and you'll definitely have good breath again now.

Brush/clean your tongue , drink alot of water, stay away from soda and junks, onions, and other smelly foods. When your breath is bad even if you regularly brush and floss, there is probably some stomach digestion issues. Look at your tongue is it coated with some white or yellow slimes? Yellow slimes are worse, your stomach has too much heat toxins. Parsley or mints herbs might help? Get alot of rest. Don't stress yourself out. Stress will cause your stomach acid. Ever noticed that before an interview or exam bad breath always seem to pop up its nasty head?

avoid gums and mint for they only make the problem worse because it contains sugar.
using dental floss and properly flossing teeth is a good way to eliminate bad breath for it removes plaque and food leftover that is left between teeth that can start to rot if left and can cause foul breath.
water has a lot of health benefits. it can keep the mouth hydrated and salivated and thus can make the mouth clean and bad bacteria at bay.
use also an all natural oral care product that can help fight the cause of bad breath. visit http://www.oramd.com for more tips on how to take care of breath.

Well, the bacteria that causes bad breath usually resides on the tongue. You could get a tongue scraper to help with that. Remember, if your tongue looks white, it's full of bacteria. Sometimes it can be coming from your stomach though. This is not as easy to cover up. I would say Listerine is about your best overall defense. If it still occurs than you can find stronger stuff in the dental area of a store that's meant just to cure halitosis.

The majority of bad breath actually originates from your tounge and not your teeth or respritory system. Make sure you brush your tounge when you brush your teeth. Always follow brushing with gargling Listerine...Use the blue stuff as it tastes OK and make sure to leave it in your mouth for 30 seconds to kill all that nasty bacteria that we all have.
You can also use "Listerine Strips". Use caution though and spit it out after cleaning your mouth with them as they all contain aspertame except for the cinemon flavoured ones..you can swallow that type safely. This product works excellent as a quick 'tune-up' between brushing and gargling.
I know that flossing is a PITA but that will also help...although to a lesser degree than my previously stated advice.
Hope this helps!

If you are wanting a quick fix, use peppermints or gum. But if you are wanting something long-term, start with eating a cup of yogurt every day. After 3 weeks your breath will be incredibly fresh, and you will never need mints again. You have to keep eating the yogurt for it to keep working.
I would recommend Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Cream on Top. Get the plain and put a little organic sugar on top. Mix in your favorite fresh fruit.
Do not get the yogurt that has been pre-sweetened. It kills the bacteria in the yogurt. (That basically means it won't work.)

Brushing, flossing, rinsing with listerine daily..youll be suprised how much stuff comes out of your mouth when you floss! Other than that, you should see your dentist if your breath still smells after all of that..you could have a serious gum disease!

Put a few drops of tea tree oil on your toothbrush top it with toothpaste, and then brush your teeth. Tea tree oil can also cure gum disease, which is possibly the cause of your bad breath. More useful remedies at
