If the company had Molly to track all the 'heroes' then why do they need to 'tag' them and why did Hanna (wireless) said that those two lines marks on their necks are trackers?

The people were tagged before the company got Molly.

molly has to think of a person so she can find him or her. She can't think of ppl who she doesn't know exist. As for the tagging...it was done by the company a before they had Molly and I suppose it's easier to keep track of the ppl. maybe like a constant display on a computer screen compared to Molly who's a human

"The Company" had been bagging and tagging for years before they discovered Molly, she was reffered to as the NEW tracking system.
Furthermore Molly became sick with a desise that prevented her from using her powers. Thus the company had to continue to bag and Tag.

I thought Molly could only see where all the heroes were after they had been implanted with the track marks...for example, I don't think she can see the brother and sister from Mexico yet because they're not marked by the company yet...

The "Walker System" were discovered after they started to use their old tracking system. Talking about Molly, she describes her power as the ability to "find people". She has presumably been asked by the Company to find other evolved humans. The full extent of her power and what it can locate, beyond people, has not been revealed.
