There's this girl that my boyfriend claims he doesn't like. He's always trying to annoy or embarrass her by making rude comments to her in front of other people. She either ignores him or seems oblivious to his intentions, she isn't the brightest crayon in the box. He's constantly looking at her too when she's around. He keeps making negative comments about her to me but since he's paying so much attention to her, doesn't that mean that he's attracted to her on some level? She is kind of pretty.

You need to take into consideration how well of a relationship you and your boyfriend have together. It could be that he just like to give her crap and since she is not the brightest bulb she might be a easy target for him to make fun of her. So he might just be taking things out on her or likes giving her crap. But also on the other hand he might have some thing for her. some time people show their feeling through teasing and making fun of some one. My suggestion to you is to sit him down and talk to him calmy about the situtation and tell him how it makes you feel. You will find your answer out when you do that. If he takes offense to it and gets upset with you than you know there is more there, but if he understands where you are coming from and feels bad for making you feel that way he will be understanding. and he will make a point of making the situtation better for you two. First off: Trust is the main component of any relationship. If you don't trust him, you shouldn't be with him.
Also, if he does this while he's around you, chances are that he's not interested in her "that way". He may find her attractive, yes, but that's nothing. Physical attraction is nothing to be concerned about. If anything fishy was going on while you aren't around, he wouldn't be talking to her at all, whether they're rude comments or not. Try talking to him about her if you really need to. That may be the best solution to make yourself feel better.

Let's remember when we were in grade school and when boys liked us they would behave in similar ways. So that could be a fact but it's totally on him. We are attracted to the opposite and that doesn't stop just because we are with someone for the moment.

I'm guessing you're very attractive because attractive women always get involved with jackasses.
If he's doing that to her as much as you say he is, he will be doing the same to you very soon, especially if you ever get him to stop doing it to her.
And, yes, he may be in denial, but he sounds like he's hot for her.

She is probably not kind of pretty, she is probably really amazingly hot. So although he doesn't want her over you, it is only natural for him to flirt with her a little. He probably doesn't even know he's doing him. Nothing will come of it but it can be annoying.

Actually, I think so.
He may not necessarily like her but she may possess something (that you lack) that intrigues your boyfriend. No worries, it is just a phase and this happens in many relationships. He is just exploring new people not just because he necessarily wants to pursue something.
If this persists for longer than expected then talk to him and tell him your suspicions.

If your boyfriend is younger than 18 then chances are he likes her. Grown men aren't affraid of females and we really don't just sit around talking crap about a female. Trust in those eyes, he likes her.

Well if you are intolerant of free will then leave him and go with another low life where if you will follow the bible and live in your happy world of delusion and sheltering kids .. Did you know sheltering kids from knowing about the bad things in the real world can increase the chance of them getting themselves killed ?

my best friend boyfriend curse me all the time. if five of us are in the car he would be cursing me or talking about my personal business in public.
thought he hated me so one day i asked " why do you hate me so much" only get this response " i only take out Camille and ask her to take you along so i could be with you, i act this way because she wont suspect that i like you"
of course i stopped hanging out with em' but u get the idea.

Do you trust him that he will be just friends with this girl? If not, have a talk with him & ask him outright why does he draw attention on this girl all the time.
