People who know me could confimr that. I loose it. I start yelling at people and get real mad and say hateful things.
Later i usualy feel guilty about it. like, i wish i had been able to keep it undercontrol....

I know exactly how you feel. I have a terrible temper. I speak before I think and sometimes end up saying mean things. Then when I've realized what I've done, I feel bad about it for ages.
If you really were a heartless monster you wouldn't feel guilty about your actions afterwards because you wouldnt see that you'd done anything wrong.
You just need to work hard at keeping your temper and biting your lip, Thinking before you speak. Realize what it is that triggers your temper tantrums and try and avoid those situations or be able to see them coming so you can keep your temper under control. It's hard, I know. Sometimes I still lose my temper from time to time.
The people that matter, those that care about you, should be able to accept that this is part of who you are, also. I'm sure they understand that you have a short fuse and don't mean to lose your temper and that you don't mean the things you say.
That doesn't necessarily excuse that kind of behavior, but it helps to know that your friends understand.

I am in the same situation. I decided to go to therapy to get the help I need. I also suffer from depression. What a mixed up combination. It wasn't until someone that I really care about told me that I had a problem that I took a long look at myself. I downloaded some information about anger management off of Google and went home and read it. Some interesting information was found.
Your not a heartless monster. Things in life has made you the way you are. You need to face the "monsters and demons" like I am and you will feel so much better.

no not a monster, you just have missed a crucial part of development. somehow when you were growing up, you did not learn the art of self-control. you can still learn it now, though. It is an unhappy embarrassed feeling that comes after a loss of control. Some situations justify anger, most do not but it's an automatic response lead by fear. I believe you can learn how to manage emotions without hurting other people (and yourself). counseling could help you.

often times at the same time as human beings go by using something confusing like a lack of life contained in the relatives, they close down emotionally an a large number of the time in a lengthy time period they finally end up feeling the tragedy completely. in case you probably did not cry its ok, in case you idea it changed into humorous then you actually could form of be a heartless monster.

No you're not a heartless monster otherwise you wouldn't feel the regret and guilt about it later. You just need to find some good coping skills and learn how to incorporate them into daily life. Or you could just go to some anger management class and have them tell you this.

You are like my daughter, she lashes out at everyone. The problem is the lack of patience or of just letting things be. What does your ranting ever do? make you good friends? Before you lose your kewl ask yourself if it is worth it and what it is you get huffy over. You cant control or change people just because they dont meet your expectations. The mirror is a good place to start, if you want to get mad do it there.

If you believe you are a heatless monster then you are a heartless monster. If you believe you have handled things badly in the past and you are going to handle them better in the future, you are just a human being.

i think you just have anger problems like everyone else does. and the only way you know how to deal with it is by yelling at everyone.
i do the same thing sometimes, it really doesn't help. it only hurts you and the people you yell at.

Sounds like you are highly emotional and give in to your feelings too easily. Learn some self control, like try breathing deeply when you feel like snapping.
